Shipping Prices

Shipping prices and estimated delivery times are set out below.

All orders are shipped in cartons. Heat sensitive products like chocolates are first bubble wrapped and then shipped inside a carton to minimimise against heat damage. To date we have not received any complaints about products arriving heat damaged.

However, to assist in ensuring that you receive your products in good condition:

1. Please ensure someone is home to accept delivery

2. Arrange for the shipment to be sent to a work address

3. If either of the above is not possible, advise us with your order of where you would like the shipment left (eg with a neighbour, out of the sun in the rear porch etc.)
